Little Mike listened to my complaints and was very understanding He updated me on how long it would take to be fixed and since certain parts needed more time, he swiftly moved us into a loaner vehicle understanding He updated me on how long it would take to be fixed and since certain parts needed more time, he swiftly moved us into a loaner vehicle until our Durango was fixed. Upon checkout he made sure our vehicle was sent through the carwash before our departure. The whole process went very smoothly and my girls and I made it to the movie theater with time to spare. I will recommend them to my family and friends anytime ?? More

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever done business with. Completely disorganized. There was a woman constantly yelling- somebody lost keys, somebody locked the keys in a car, why aren’t customers bein with. Completely disorganized. There was a woman constantly yelling- somebody lost keys, somebody locked the keys in a car, why aren’t customers being helped!? Just like very uncomfortable yelling for everyone to hear. Tons of customers waiting, they stay overbooked and have atrocious customer service. I waited three hours for an oil change. The attendant that helped me was trying to force me into awkward conversations about my outfit choices, tattoos and put my cell phone number in his phone without asking so he could text me. 0/10 hate this place and so glad my free oil changes are done. Years and years of bad vibes and disorganization at this place. More

I had to take my car in twice for same issues second time around I can say the lights are fix no issues but now there is another issue that i didn’t have when I took it in the two times.. NOW MY BACK WINDOWS around I can say the lights are fix no issues but now there is another issue that i didn’t have when I took it in the two times.. NOW MY BACK WINDOWS DO KOT GO DOWN!!! xxx!! I’m angry and have to take the car back again so ya can fix it and hopefully something else stops working!!! And not have a loaner car for having to wait so long. Just disappointed expected better.
