Refused to fix the problem and was told did not have time to recreate issue. My warranty ran out because of this. Visited the store was approached with a friendly sales person. We found the car we wanted. The only complaint I have is if they couldn't approve us after a second try they should have stopped . They tried 8 places and needless to say we got ding 8 times which effected our credit score. Now preventing us going anywhere else. Not happy . We are sorry we tried going there . More
