This was my first time visiting the Cape Coral location. I’m new here, just moved from West Palm Beach and I have to say EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE was so friendly and truly helpful. They all work amazingly toge I’m new here, just moved from West Palm Beach and I have to say EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE was so friendly and truly helpful. Very disappointed. My truck sat there for 2 weeks untouched while they went back and forth with the warranty company, mistakes were made on the paperwork. I would call for an update and never get a call back, forcing me to drive down to the dealership to get any information on my vehicle. My part came in on a Thursday and they didn't start working on it till Tuesday. They had my truck for 3 weeks all while I was being charged for a rental. I will never come back to this dealership. No attention to detail, didn't set tire pressure according to the notes I had him make on the ticket, told them there was a low speed turning noise and they dismissed it without much investigation b according to the notes I had him make on the ticket, told them there was a low speed turning noise and they dismissed it without much investigation blaming it on tools in the back seat which is not the case - told them it was front wheel bearings - noise is still there and another shop confirmed it's the bearings. Expensive on all fronts. More
