I took my 2019 Ram 1500 for the third time and they only charged me for the diagnosis and did not solve the air suspension problem. The last time they said they would charge $5200 to replace the pumps, that charged me for the diagnosis and did not solve the air suspension problem. The last time they said they would charge $5200 to replace the pumps, that it would be stopped for about 3 months waiting for parts and even then it was not guaranteed that this would be the main defect. My friend brought me in twice to this dealership. Very nice experience dealing with them .both times. Both in 2021 and 2025 I wound up buying cars here. The sales team was great. I only gave 3 stars because the friend that brought me in was promised “gift” for bringing me in and never received the compensation. More
