Parts retail- not very helpful. "Just Google it yourself" when requesting a car manual for 2024 durango rt. Service. Sat for over 3.5 hours for scheduled oil change and wheel a "Just Google it yourself" when requesting a car manual for 2024 durango rt. Service. Sat for over 3.5 hours for scheduled oil change and wheel alignment. When asked what type of oil used to validate a $25 gift card , he said "here's the part number". Implied look it up yourself. Asked if they found anything in wheel alignment, since we had to replace 2 tires, and he said " a few tweeks". I had to go ask when the car would be ready, ended up it was sitting and waiting for us at least 15 minutes. Not real happy. More

Traded a 2023 Challenger for a 2025 Willie’s jeep two-door. They were very understanding of what my wants and needs were. And did a good job.
