I worked with Juan (salesman) he was very polite and honest. I test drove the truck twice and he was extremely accommodating. I couldn’t believe when he came back with an offer that it was very close to what I was expecting to get. This made the negotiation quick and very easy. Patrick the finance person was just as nice and cut the haggling to zero. Unlike other dealerships I’ve been to that they start with low balling trade ins. Finance persons try and force unwanted things I don’t want. This didn’t happen here. I will be happy to work with this dealership again in the future. More
They haven’t figured out the problem with my vehicle I’m already $2800 Dollars into this problem and now it’s gonna be another 4000 dollars to try and fix it again. I brought my van in with error codes P1128 and P1129 which has to do with proper fuel system. When I picked my the van I was told i had an aftermarket headrest that could cause the error codes P11 and 2 which has to do with proper fuel system.
