We have been dealing with an abundance of service issues with my Ram truck and the service department has done a great job at their repairs and communication throughout the process. However, my wife and rea with my Ram truck and the service department has done a great job at their repairs and communication throughout the process. However, my wife and reached a point where the repairs on both of our 2015 vehicles had caused more anxiety and money than we wanted to continue dealing with. We went into the sales area to just explore our options (with my wife being the most opposed to new vehicles) and SURPRISE… ended up leaving with two new vehicles! Steven did a wonderful job of listening to our concerns, not trying to “sell” us to death, staying over an hour past close to get us finished with the purchases, AND since we couldn’t get our manuals and extra keys that night, he drove to our house the next day to drop it off. We are still pleased and amazed at his level of care and customer service. Everyone at the sales area was so friendly (even bringing over the Jeep rubber ducks to keep our energetic toddler happy) and our finance manager Homer leant the toy cars on his desk to keep him occupied too as well as answering all our questions with completed paperwork in record time. Overall, we are still in bliss over the new cars and cannot thank the staff at the Cape Coral location enough for such a smooth and stress-free experience. More
