I had three issues…. Reverse gear driving noise fixed (brunch stuck around the caliper)…. I have a little mixed feelings. I turned my car in for a regular maintenance and the back direction light on the drivers side wasn't working. And I asked for a special for oil chang I turned my car in for a regular maintenance and the back direction light on the drivers side wasn't working. And I asked for a special for oil change and he added it for 70 $, that's the regular price, no special. My adviser called me and told me they have to order the part, it will come in from Orlando and will be 499 plus tax and if I wanted to leave my car at the dealership. I agreed and left it. The next day he called me in the afternoon, the part is there and when I want to bring the car. I told him it's still there. Somewhat surprised he told me they can't do it that day but on the next. Okay, no big deal. When I picked it up the part they exchanged was not 499 but just 349. Good for me. At least I would have expected the car to be washed or informed they couldn't wash it before the system was down? The day after I picked it up I got a call from the cashier. She is so sorry but charged me the wrong amount and if I couldn't come back to correct that. Of course I did but would have expected better. With the survey I got a second mail with a special for 3 oil changes??? My service adviser was not Christoffer but Scott. More

Follow thru is the biggest issue with this place. I have spoken to people many times and NO FOLLOW THRU!!!! I was told I was getting a refund....NEVER HAPPENED!
