Normally, we don't have any issues, however, this visit, left me disappointed in the dealership. I called to schedule an appointment for 3 issues. One of the 3 had to do with body work on the vehicle. Not o left me disappointed in the dealership. I called to schedule an appointment for 3 issues. Not once when I scheduled the appt or when I went through the checkin online, where issues were listed, was I told that this location did not have a body shop. My car Angels! I came in broken, very broken. Hurricane Ian not only destroyed my house with a fallen tree but also got my suv that I had just purchased for safety I came in broken, very broken. Hurricane Ian not only destroyed my house with a fallen tree but also got my suv that I had just purchased for safety reasons. I made 3 car payments. My insurance company made this more difficult then what it should’ve been. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly smile, Jarred. He was incredible. Not only did he make me calm down over my devastation for the last few months, he got me into the car of my dreams. Well, the JEEP of my dreams! Lol Jarred and Patrick worked their tails off to make this broken heart a little more on the mend. I can not thank them each enough for putting a smile back on my face. I refuse to go anywhere else. Even if I move to NC, I’ll be back Jarred and Patrick!!!! Your stuck with this jeep girl for life! Thank you for the bottom of my heart. I will send everyone to you guys. Be prepared! I RECENTLY VISITED CAPE CORAL JEEP TO GET A NEW BATTERY INSTALLED & THE SERVICE PERSON TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 1 1/2 HOURS. I ENDED UP WAITING 5 HOURS FOR A 1 1/2 HOUR JOB ! I WAS LIVID TO SAY THE LEA INSTALLED & THE SERVICE PERSON TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 1 1/2 HOURS. I ENDED UP WAITING 5 HOURS FOR A 1 1/2 HOUR JOB ! I WAS LIVID TO SAY THE LEAST !
