I hate leaving a negative review but I've been to the dealership several times now for service and I always have the same issues. 1. How many times do I need to tell a different person what I need don dealership several times now for service and I always have the same issues. 1. How many times do I need to tell a different person what I need done? I understand that you may need someone to greet people who pull in for service, get their name, and see if they have an appointment scheduled. If they are not the service advisor, do NOT have them ask the owner what they are having done so the owner just has to repeat it again. My last two appointments I've spoken to 3 and 2 people respectively. By the time the SA gets to me, I'm frustrated and don't want to say anything. 2. If I marked everything that I wanted done when I scheduled the appointment through your website and was very thorough, why is that not printed and used by the Service Advisor to confirm those items with me and to see if there is anything else that I need checked or done? 3. Why is the online scheduled service items not used at all? I marked several items to be done for my service based on mileage and recommended service items. To my knowledge, none of them were done because I didn't verbally say them the morning I dropped off my vehicle. They were not on the receipts that I signed. I am a very frustrated customer. I specifically drive farther to come to CC Chrysler (Galeana is closer) because I hope for better service. I believe this is a management issue, not an issue with service advisors, porters, or other staff. More
I did trust having my car repaired here. Prior service has was excellent.
