Had a Cp4 Hi-Pressure pump replaced because of Recall. ..when my RAM3500 was ready I opened the hood to check out the work ..then went under the Truck..Power steering fluid was Dripping all Down the unders ..when my RAM3500 was ready I opened the hood to check out the work ..then went under the Truck..Power steering fluid was Dripping all Down the underside..I notified the Service manager..they fixed it immediately and apologized..Stuff happens...My advice..Always check the repair Job. More

Recently bought a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid and found the Hybrids have no towing capacity. When purchasing the vehicle I specifically spoke with the young salesman about towing a small camper and was told th Hybrids have no towing capacity. When purchasing the vehicle I specifically spoke with the young salesman about towing a small camper and was told this vehicle would tow 3600#. The salesman made a mistake. (WE ALL DO!) CCCDJR made the situation right! They were extremely helpful and when they couldn’t find me a model with the towing package ordered me a brand new 2022 Pacifica that WOULD tow 3600#. They made the mistake RIGHT! Very courteous and professional! This is now my second vehicle purchase in less than 2 years and will purchase again from them. Thank you Wiley Wright and Rene Potievin for your assistance in resolving the issue! You guys are great! More
