Good morning Shane, I apologize for how this was handled. Would like to dig deeper to improve the customer experience at the dealership. With a credit score of 800+ down payment requirements is not something that is typically addressed in negotiations unless trying to achieve a certain payment or to get the loan amount to bank guidelines due to negative equity on trade ins.
