I’ve used this dealership for service several times. This time was not up to par with my prior experiences. They are backed up AWFUL. But, they were able to ge me in same day. I was thankful because the next appointment was a couple weeks away and I was broken down. However, there is a disconnect between the Jeep wave (Chrysler) I called and the dealership...pertaining to the rental for new car warranty. Jeep says I'm covered and dealer said not...until they get a chance to look at the vehicle. Well, if the Jeep gets towed to the dealer (as it did) and they can't look at it for a couple weeks, that's a problem.
