Service was terrible. I’ve never had a bad experience here until this last time. It’s very frustrating when you bring your vehicle in for a known recall and have to jump t I’ve never had a bad experience here until this last time. I did the Oil Consumption test the first time and then was told it passed so I don’t need the parts replaced even though the car was eating oil so quickly that when I needed an oil change I had less than a quart of oil left. It also was stalling out on me and shutting down when I turned a corner. When my husband brought it back this time they insisted that they had no proof even from the last time and we would need to do another test. How you can lose customer files and notes is beyond me. They also said that if the vehicle passes this time then they will not do the replacement. I feel like this is a terrible thing to do to vehicle owners. We aren’t machines we are humans if our car stalls due to your not wanting to replace what’s needed and someone dies it’s on you. So very appalled that this is so much of an issue. Jeep has said they will change it if we go and when we go you say no. So are you pocketing the funds or parts Jeep provides to make more money instead of using them to fix what’s needed on peoples car?? That’s pretty low. I shouldn’t have to beg and plead and be told to come back and do this and that to get some decent service. Do better!!! More

I had three issues…. Reverse gear driving noise fixed (brunch stuck around the caliper)…. I have a little mixed feelings. I turned my car in for a regular maintenance and the back direction light on the drivers side wasn't working. And I asked for a special for oil change and he added it for 70 $, that's the regular price, no special. My adviser called me and told me they have to order the part, it will come in from Orlando and will be 499 plus tax and if I wanted to leave my car at the dealership. I agreed and left it. The next day he called me in the afternoon, the part is there and when I want to bring the car. I told him it's still there. Somewhat surprised he told me they can't do it that day but on the next. Okay, no big deal. When I picked it up the part they exchanged was not 499 but just 349. Good for me. At least I would have expected the car to be washed or informed they couldn't wash it before the system was down? The day after I picked it up I got a call from the cashier. She is so sorry but charged me the wrong amount and if I couldn't come back to correct that. Of course I did but would have expected better. With the survey I got a second mail with a special for 3 oil changes??? My service adviser was not Christoffer but Scott. More
