Communication was a bit lacking in the beginning due to a service advisor leaving, so we got lost in the mix for a couple weeks, but ultimately they hooked me up and the Jeep is back and good to go! I've purchased more automobiles and been to more than my share of dealerships. Every make, model and price range has been covered. Not a single dealership has a nicer facility. It's like going to a 5 sta share of dealerships. Every make, model and price range has been covered. Not a single dealership has a nicer facility. It's like going to a 5 star luxury resort. After a couple weeks of issues, being stranded with the vehicle not starting, it was finally taken and a part ordered for repair. I was provided a loaner and advised I was leaving out of state for a work c vehicle not starting, it was finally taken and a part ordered for repair. I was provided a loaner and advised I was leaving out of state for a work conference and was told by service and loaner department it was fine, I would not be charged. While gone, my vehicle was ready and they left a message I was going to be charged and will not answer the phone. Terrible service and unprofessional. More
