They said an oil change would be performed and tires would be rotated. They did not do either seven minutes later this said the vehicle was ready. Two hours later they finally performed what they said w would be rotated. They did not do either seven minutes later this said the vehicle was ready. Two hours later they finally performed what they said would then take 45 minutes. And I have an extended six year warranty and maintenance included plan nothing performed 10,000 miles More

It took an hour and a half to have service for a recall on it. When I asked exactly what was wrong with it I was told don't worry we took care of it. I also asked how I could find out my oil percentage an on it. When I asked exactly what was wrong with it I was told don't worry we took care of it. I also asked how I could find out my oil percentage and I was told it will tell me when I need an oil change. When I bought my car I was told after any service my car would be washed and it wasn't. I am very unhappy with the customer service from Cape Coral Dodge. More
