I have been trying for over 1 year with your finance dept about this GAP insurance no Answer I paid $1,000 when I bought car in October 2023 and went to talk to Mr Arroz yesterday and he gave me a piece about this GAP insurance no Answer I paid $1,000 when I bought car in October 2023 and went to talk to Mr Arroz yesterday and he gave me a piece of paper showing a check not for $1,000 but about 800 dollars I never received any notice of this it went back to Stellantis. Your service on buying a brand new Dodge Charger and finance through Very high interest crooks ! Stellantis would never ever make me buy a car from you ever again Never ! Your salesman also pushing me for new Electric Charger !! No way at all never More
