Room for improvement Although the salesperson was quite competent and actually knew the vehicle he was selling it took 5 hours in the dealership to buy a vehicle. Apparently 20+ sales people only have one printer, walk across the showroom constantly and wait at the printer for their documents. I even sarcastically mentioned that the salesman should be paid by the mile. At least half of the time could be spared with better organization of the process. Didn’t meet Jay contrary to the advertising. I appreciate the free car wash service offered. It’s done very conscientiously and professional. More

It took about an hour and a half but I was informed along the way as to how much longer. They pointed me in the direction fo the waiting room where I worked with my laptop. The issue I came in there for was taken care of but they also notices a couple other things that were still under warrantee and took care of that too. After my service my car was washed and looked beautiful! More

I purchased a used truck and as part of the deal I was promised a back up camera. In writing. I was told I had an appointment at Sound Playground to have it installed. When I showed for the appointment they knew nothing about it. I called the salesman. I had the camera installed and paid for it. I was promised reimbursement. After many phone calls I have not been. I also decided I wanted to look into leasing a new truck. After several calls asking no one has returned my calls. Very disappointing. I can't recommend this dealership to anyone. It's a shame. More
