I had an appointment for an oil change and when I pulled up the attendant told me it would be a 2 hour wait because people that didn’t have an appointment were ahead of me. I told him that wasn’t going to work that’s why I made an appointment and people that just show up shouldn’t get priority. I asked to speak with a manager.
