I must say, I was pretty disappointed with my visit. The three major things I needed fixed were NOT fixed. Basically the oil change and rotating tires went well, but you guys were unable to fix my Sirius R three major things I needed fixed were NOT fixed. Basically the oil change and rotating tires went well, but you guys were unable to fix my Sirius Radio, you were not able to fix my windshield wipers, and the $1500+ unexpected cost attributed to fixing my leaky differential is STILL not fixed because it is leaking all over my driveway. Then I went to send this review in and experienced trouble with your website. I had to get help from one of your employees to straighten that out, so this is my second time reviewing. Never got a call back from Javier either like I had expected!?! More

Had an appointment at 0900 to get a part fixed / ordered for my door panel. At 1130, I was finally given my car back and told the part had to be ordered. So between my appointment time of 0900 and the time for my door panel. At 1130, I was finally given my car back and told the part had to be ordered. So between my appointment time of 0900 and the time I left at 1130, I waited and wasted 2 and a half hours of my day just to be told nothing had been done. Apparently appointments mean nothing there. It's not the first time I've sat in that waiting room for way too long, but I can guarantee it'll be the last. Will never return to Cape for the purchase of a vehicle or service and will make sure family and friends are aware of the terrible customer service. More
