Service Appointment I received an offer, VIA e-mail, for an oil change for $12.95 and new windshield wiper blades for $19.99 and I was happy to get a deal being retired a I received an offer, VIA e-mail, for an oil change for $12.95 and new windshield wiper blades for $19.99 and I was happy to get a deal being retired and on a fixed income. When I received the bill I noticed a $12 Labor Charge and another Charge of $8.01 for Misc.....no explanation for what. I never was charged a labor charge for an oil change and to put the wiper blades on ( I DID THE LAST PAIR) it took 5 minutes for BOTH! Anyway....I got a car wash, outside only, and the bill was $65.76. I probably would have had the work done anyway, but it would have been nice to TELL the customer they Charge for Labor for an oil change or windshield wiper blade replacement. More

He was very apologetic about the inconvenience of the first attempt. He personally verified that the part was in stock before I brought the vehicle back. He even arranged some complimentary service for the vehicle. He was so helpful and easy to work with. I will definitely be going back and working with him exclusively in the future. More
Worse Service from aa dealer I have ever had. Took my Ram 1500 there to do a 132000 mile check out since I will be traveling to Indiana in a couple of weeks. Changed oil, replaced rear brakes, rotated tires, replaced the linkage from 4 wheel drive shifter to the transmission. etc. Left the truck over night and picked up the next day. Over the weekend I noticed a vibration so I called And took the truck back the next day. They wanted to charge me $79.99 for a wheel balance, which I thought was absurd. I left and will not be back. I'll take the truck to Gettle in Punta Gorda since I have had excellent service there in the past. The only reason I went to CCDJR is because I live in the Cape. More
2 hrs and very expensive I was there 2 hours my Jeep sat out in the drive done for at least 45 minutes no one came and got me . I guess charging more is how they pay for a new building . I would not recommend this dealer for service ! More
