Long drawn out process Initially everything went well. Saw the car I wanted, provided information that was needed. Expressed the fact that I only wanted an inquiry from capi Initially everything went well. Saw the car I wanted, provided information that was needed. Expressed the fact that I only wanted an inquiry from capital one auto finance. All went well until I was asked to provide pay stubs. I told them I would have them tomorrow. Immediately they said they did not need pay stubs for another lenders bid. I knew right away they ran a slew of inquiries. I was immediately irritated. The next day I went in at 530pm to do the paper work. I waited for hours before I was able to sit with the financial dept. The deal changed. I was going to be paying 100 dollars more than originally quoted. After hours of wheeling and dealing I got what I wanted, but had taken a total of 6 credit inquiries when I was already satisfied with the one I asked for. Please.... if you are shopping around for a car do not let them run any credit checks cause once you do, you are stuck with them unless you want 6 more inquiries at another dealership. They are absolutely terrible at honoring customers request and concerns. More

SERVICE Very clean and professional. Andrew was very quick with the write up and kept me up to date as to the progress of the repairs. My problem was a faulty Very clean and professional. Who ever the mechanic was had to chase a problem that wasn't always there. I didn't get my 2016 back till he found it.
