long waits and tried to do add ons The department was slow waited almost 2 hrs for an oil change and tire plug/patch. Then they had to move the vehicle to "Full" service for factory rec The department was slow waited almost 2 hrs for an oil change and tire plug/patch. Then they had to move the vehicle to "Full" service for factory recalls that took another hour. After all this they wanted me to sign papers that showed dollars owed but in small print said warranty. If its warranty the invoice should read 0$. More
