Although the fix is a future software update when it becomes available, Javier and the servicing team worked very hard to diagnose the problem and find a solution. He also offered technical advice on how to ensure that my devices worked with the infotainment system. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. More

OOPS!! well when i left the dealership i had no blinkers ( what happened?) and i noticed some foreign material on my inside black plastic trim frame that was well when i left the dealership i had no blinkers ( what happened?) and i noticed some foreign material on my inside black plastic trim frame that was dried up and sticky near the air conditioner button. i understand that they do a so many point inspection check and all i had done was an oil change. the service manager charley told me there would be no reason why the worker who did the oil change would go inside the vehicle but i wonder? the young guys were friendly but i own a really nice classic 2000 jeep cherokee sport that i go out of my way to make it really presentable so i do not need any kind of damage done to it. i pointed out the mess to charley but he was still trying to figure out the blinker issue. after regaining the use of my blinkers out of the blue i left the dealership, got home and tried to get the gooey dried up mess off of my nice black plastic trim. it damaged it!! i would like to see something done there to help me out here and i can tell you what. thank you!! trespectfully, gregg t. kolessar p.s. i respect the workers there as i have worked hard myself in my lifetime and put no blame on anyone but to try to correct the issue. Upon returning home, I called the sales rep and asked if he was able to place the door opener in the mail since I live an hour away, he said no Robles, he would mail it out. On day 5 and still no garage door opener. Also, the Jeep leaks oil, it’s all over my drive way. Waiting a couple days to see if this leak will continue............ Overall, the experience was good.......... More

The salesperson Rafael was very friendly and not your typical pushy sales person. We were offered a fair price on our trade and they saved us a few bucks on the sale price of the car. Once the deal was agreed upon we headed to the finance department. We were introduced to Kimberly Vinals. She was very friendly and explained the typical gap insurance and extended warranty. Everything was great until I declined the additional coverages. Once that happened it became very cold and could not wait to leave. Once I came home I reviewed my paperwork I noticed a $699 charge for Kahu (GPS tracking) was added to the contract. The Kahu was explained but we were never told there was a $699 charge. We purchased a BMW which is equipped with IDrive that will track your car as well. I called the dealership the next day and spoke to Rafael. I explained that we were not told there was a charge for Kahu and that the car already has GPS thru BMW and we would like it removed. He said he would talk to someone and call us back. I waited a day and called back. Rafael said he would make sure someone called us back. That day I spoke to a manager named "Madison" and I explained the situation and that I would like the $699 charge refunded. It has been a week and crickets. I am calling again today and my assumption is that I will get the same run around. Its really sad that a great car buying experience is tainted over $699 dollars. I would think that in this day and age car dealers would do honest business and take care of customers honestly. Social media to very powerful. More
