Purchased a used Ford F350 and found out that it doesn't have the original engine in it. Its a rebuilt long block not from Ford. When I called to talk about the issue it was stated “ we didnt know” I find this hard to believe since there is a sticker on the underneath of the hood. I did not know the sticker was there until my mechanic pointed it out. Having worked there, Im pretty sure the used car manager knew it. During the negotiation I had said I wanted to take it to a mechanic and have it surveyed, but the sales manager assured me it was a good truck. The reason Im a bit upset is that the resale value is probably not going the be the same and the fact that I feel lied to. A used car manager seeing a Jasper sticker on the hood would definitely know. I did see the stick but thought it was perhaps where it had been serviced. More

Vehicle purchased Expect to spend some time there if you buy a vehicle. Went to buy a specific vehicle there and it took 5 hours to process.
