Great experience My Ram 3500 was not running correctly, stalling out etc. Got it to Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. When I got there, I was told by a greeter (unknown name) that I would have to make an appointment, they were too busy and were backed up. I told this person what was going on with the truck. He summoned a service consultant who was able to get my truck in. The next day I was contacted by Brian, who told what was wrong. They had the work done that day. Brian gave some useful information about my truck. He was excellent. I will definitely be returning there for service. More

Arnold in the parts department is extremely friendly and certainly knows his way around the Chrysler parts computer system. Both of them were very pleasant to deal with. This is only my second interaction with the new dealership and so far I am very pleased. I have a Ram Promaster and when I got it back it had been washed. It's a big van and getting it back all nice and clean was an unexpected treat. More
