Best Service Department I have used Cape Coral CDJR on three separate occasions. The first two times was for my 2005 Dodge Magnum, which has over 200,000 miles on it and both I have used Cape Coral CDJR on three separate occasions. The first two times was for my 2005 Dodge Magnum, which has over 200,000 miles on it and both of those services were well handled. The last time was on my 2007 Dodge Ram, which had several problems but the personnel identified the problem and made a recommendation on how to fix it. The work they did resulted in better performance of the truck with improved acceleration, better transmission shifting and a big improvement in the gas mileage. The tech who did the work and the service advisor Richard were very professional and delivered high caliber service in improving my Dodge experience. It would be nice if the service advisors and the technicians names were added to the list below to identify the whole Dodge Team who make your service department one of the best I have used and will continue to use. More

The finance and extended warranty guy & others who showed up confused the numbers as much as they could, tried to add almost $900 as a “dealer fee” and almost $400 to process the registration “electronically “. , wasted lots of time selling extended warranties after I told them I did not want or need it. They basically made my wife and. Me very uncomfortable. Finally a was given only one key fob. They said that’s always true only. new cars get two???? More

I have mixed feelings about this dealership I have mixed feelings - the sales process was great. The sales person, general manager and finance person were very nice. Made making the decision to lease a Jeep easier. The aftermarket follow up was lacking. I made many attempts to contact these people and a few others due to issues such as no registration received, skylink not set up and I never received a follow up call back. I finally went on chat and filed a complaint, was told I would get a call back - never happened - Emma sent me an email 2 days later asking if my issues had been resolved. The answer was a resounding NO. Finally received a call from Rick - finance on the 19th - apparently there were problems with the payoff on my trade in - of which as of 3/20 the monthly payment is past due, there is a late fee assessed and obviously the loan has not been paid off. I am still waiting on a resolution for this. Service and Parts are next - I will be ordering a part for install - We shall see what happens More

Scheduling I stopped by the dealership one afternoon to make an appointment for an oil & filter change and also to address a minor issue I was having. Scheduling was a breeze. I was met at the service lane by Rebecca and she quickly and efficiently gathered all my info and had my 2019 Durango serviced within a few minutes! She also had a master tech check my issue which turned out to be just a tweak of the settings in the Uconnect. I was in and out in no time at all. Was very pleased with the service department, especially Rebecca. She is truly a valued employee. More
