Took truck for oil change/recall on the tailgate & fuel filter change. After about an hour they came back and told me that it was my fault the tailgate was broken and that I would have to pay for it. Howev filter change. After about an hour they came back and told me that it was my fault the tailgate was broken and that I would have to pay for it. However, a certified Chrysler dealership performed the original recall repair. After the repair, I could not open the tailgate. When I returned for a repair on their work, they expected me to pay for not only that but parts the first Dodge dealership broke in doing the recall repair. More

Bought a 24 Dodge Durango from Jarred Chapmen in sales. We were open to pretty much any vehicle and he listened to our needs and wants and pointed us in the right direction.
