**after posting this review I received a call from the Service Manager who said he did not get my messages. We arranged to bring the car back to test further which I did. Evidently their machine testing goes deeper and there were battery cylinder issues that prob would have resulted in the battery dying within a short period of time possibly stranding me somewhere. HOWEVER...As it turned out I had bought both batteries from this dealer 2 years ago and both were under warranty. They replaced both at no charge to me. It is disheartening to know that this should have been caught the first time and had I not made a stink it would have cost me big $. This never should have happened. This last time I has a knowledgeable service writer, Tom Jopke. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 since I am still leery about why this happened. I have been a loyal customer here since I purchased my car from them - I do all service repairs and maintenance with them unless we happen to be traveling. Last week I took my car in for a light that came on - I have a Pacifica which uses both a small battery and a large battery. They told me the small battery needed to be replace (I expected this) and that the large battery would not fully charge so I should replace that too -$800+. I replaced the small one, but I thought I had gotten the last large battery at Auto Zone while traveling so I wanted to check that first. I went there the next day and when the guy checked my battery it was 100% charge. Before writing this review, I tried to reach out to the Service Manager twice, no response and then the owner - also no response. More

I was very disappointed in the customer service at this location. This week, I had to call about 6 times, leaving messages every time and never got a call back. I finally got through to someone who had a small attitude from the start. It was just a simple question about a potential warranty. We ended up taking my van in and after a few tests, it showed we needed a new auxiliary battery which was covered under warranty. We were thankful for that, but it seemed as once I denied the suggestion for a new main battery (we had it replaced not long ago), I got the cold shoulder and customer service went out the window once again. Very disappointed the customer service here. It wasn't just one person, it was multiple. More
