The actual facility is nice and the people were nice but after getting our Jeep back from a standard oil change and tire rotation, our Jeep had 56 psi in each of our passenger side tires and 38 psi on the d after getting our Jeep back from a standard oil change and tire rotation, our Jeep had 56 psi in each of our passenger side tires and 38 psi on the driver side tires. Also, our tires are filled with nitrogen and don’t think they were refilled using nitrogen. For the tire rotation, I didn’t notice until I got home that the tires were never rotated. More
Service department has horrible communication and takes much longer to finish a service then they first quote. This is the last time we will use this dealership for service. much longer to finish a service then they first quote. This is the last time we will use this dealership for service. More

I waited a year for a replacement leather dash under warranty to come in, they called me to schedule the install, a week later I brought it in to be told they ordered the wrong part. I dropped of my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk on January 8th 2024 with 19,873 miles on it for a the dashboard to be replaced and advised the service advisor that I did not want anyone driving the ca January 8th 2024 with 19,873 miles on it for a the dashboard to be replaced and advised the service advisor that I did not want anyone driving the car as its a very high hp and low milage vehicle he told me that nobody will drive this car other than in and out of the shop and we shook hands, 3 days later I get a call saying the dash they received was a different color and should come look and see if I wanted them to install it or not. I went to the dealer and saw that it was hard plastic dark grey dash which would come in a lower model Cherokee. I told them that this docent even come close to matching the Trackhawk interior which is all black leather, I was then told that the part was superseded to this new part and its what they make for the Trackhawk now, I pushed back very hard and said there is noway this is the correct dash! I called FCA and was eventually told that they ordered the wrong dash and now its gonna be 2 months to get the correct dash... The car is stripped of its interior at this point and im just like xxx man, why didn't you check to see if it was the correct part before we got to this point?!?! so now I wait until March 7th 2024 when they call me to say they finished the car and its ready for pick up. I go to pick up the car and everything looks good until I start the car and find that now the milage is 19,881 and here's where I lose my xxxx! I spoke with the service manager who told my that the reason that he drove it was because there was rust on the brake rotors from sitting and he didn't want me to be upset with how they looked when I picked it up 🤦🏻♂️ This has to be one ofthe dumbest things ive ever heard.. I told him I have a tracker on the car and id look at his driving and Ill give you one guess how he drove the car... Moral of the story Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are lying incompetent xxx! I find it amazing that they employ people like this!! More

I waited outside “by my vehicle” for over 10 minutes while watching the service managers doing things that were clearly not work related. I finally went inside and spoke to a service manager who was on his computer. I had an appointment at 10:00 am for a recall but didn’t get out of there until almost 10:30. The customers who are waiting outside should be waited on first. Oh and when I called to set up the appointment, I couldn’t get a human on the phone until I had called the service manager who I had a business card for. More
