Awful. I requested “FULL” synthetic oil & even had a coupon for “FULL” synthetic. When I got home & looked at the invoice I see I was given “synthetic blend I requested “FULL” synthetic oil & even had a coupon for “FULL” synthetic. When I got home & looked at the invoice I see I was given “synthetic blend”, and the coupon does not appear to have been applied. Had to wait 2 hours & now will have to get another oil change in a couple month to get “FULL” synthetic, that's all I've ever put in my vehicle. More

My Hellcat Durango is currently at Galeana. They ordered parts that supposedly would not arrive until 7/14...a month of having my vehicle. Last night someone attempted to steal my vehicle. Stellanis refused to expedite shipping on my parts at my expense. Patty in the parts department found one of my parts in stock and was able to order the other two with hopefully arriving in a few days. I wanted my vehicle out of the lot as soon as possible due to the attempted theft. Patty took the time to help locate and order my parts.
