Not sure how to rate this. I had an 8am appointment to check out a rattle in the back area and a squeak in my seat. Incredibly dishonest. I took my Jeep Cherokee to have the battery replaced under parts and labor warranty and I was advised that the battery cable was bad and needed repla I took my Jeep Cherokee to have the battery replaced under parts and labor warranty and I was advised that the battery cable was bad and needed replacement. I requested the old parts. I was charged $477.47. Noticing no cable was left as requested. I returned to the service manager to inquire. The battery had been replaced with no service charge as it was under warranty but I was charged for the cable parts and labor. Speaking with the tech, he admitted the cable did not need replacement and he had not done so. I requested a refund and the Assistant Service maager Ron Torres reduely refused. He stated that I should know deceptive business practices. His father was also a physician and overbilled people all the time. I informed him Not once had I ever overbilled. He threw the invoice at me and walked away. I reached out to the General Manager, Josh Clinton who refunded the service charge but refused to refund the cost of the part that was never installed. More
