The service department treated my mother (83) like she had no business being at their shoo. Very rude within the service staff. So, my rear passenger tire has a nail in the tire and according to my information system, rear passenger tire low. My paperwork states, Tire rotated and tested okay. Today system says tire pressure low right rear 23 psi. Same tire, same side! Did you really rotate the tires? I've had the opportunity to activate Sirius XM Radio free trial since purchasing the vehicle 2 1/2 years. They took it on themselves to activate it, why? Who gave them permission? One more thing, they overfilled my oil by 1.qt. So, you tell me ! More
