This is my first dodge vehicle. My 1500 ram truck. I brought it into your dealership for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a 7 o’clock appointment. There was only one vehicle ahead of me after approximately one hour The woman who is handling my paperwork came out and told me that a tire stud was broke while rotating my tires. It was going to take approximately 45 minutes to get the part. Long story short 4 hours later I was finally getting checked out. As I was checking out I was told my vehicle would be there momentarily and washed which sounded nice. After waiting a significant amount of time the vehicle appeared and it was not washed. Almost 4 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation even with the problem is in my opinion ridiculous. I would’ve given this survey one star if it was not for the woman handling my paperwork and others that were courteous to me during my half a day of sitting there. I’m not sure I will be returning to this dealership for anything ever again. More
