I never had any issues with Abram as my service advisor multiple times. Once he was moved to parts I feared that no one would tend to me the same as I was right. My most recent experience was filled with n multiple times. Once he was moved to parts I feared that no one would tend to me the same as I was right. My most recent experience was filled with no communication from the dealership, no one in any department picking up the phone for 2 days, my vehicle was left there for 2 days and I was being told it would need a 3rd day for a simple recall and wiper motor change. When I finally did get a Lisa on the phone she was very negative and gave me attitude as if I was in the wrong for being upset. She then proceeded to believe that she transferred me to someone, but didn’t and I could hear her badmouthing me to her colleagues. I wasn’t offered a Lyft to get my vehicle back. I wasn’t offered a rental that my warranty covered. I wasn’t taken care of at all. It wasn’t until after multiple days and calls I reached the service manager Ron who told me my vehicle would be ready within the hour. I arrive and was given a $900 bill and after some back and fourth, the clerk spoke with Ron who assured that the job was covered under warranty. Horrible experience. More

I came in for an oil change and to rotate tires. After 2 and 1/2 hours my husband went to check and the car was up on the lift but no one was working on it. Then he went back 15 minutes later and th After 2 and 1/2 hours my husband went to check and the car was up on the lift but no one was working on it. Then he went back 15 minutes later and the car was down with the hood up but nobody's working on it. He asked the mechanic what was going on and the mechanic cryptically told him that he couldn't get the tires off with the lug nut key of mine. The lug nut key was damaged and he couldn't get the tires off. This would have been nice to know 2 hours ago. And how the lug nut key got damaged, I don't know. Because I've always had my tires rotated at your dealership. A little communication could have gone a long long way if that mechanic had just said to somebody- hey I'm having an issue and I need some help or I can't do this work today. Let's get the customer back on the road. I've done the oil change. Darren was great. He asked the service manager to replace our lug nut key and it is now on order. If I could make a request to not have the same mechanic work on the vehicle when tires are rotated that would be appreciated. More
