This dealership is friendly but don't let that fool you! their customer service is terrible they do not stand behind their product or their word. I purchased a ram 3500 Dually diesel brand new, ever since their customer service is terrible they do not stand behind their product or their word. I purchased a ram 3500 Dually diesel brand new, ever since it hit 70,000 miles Constant oil and coolant leaks they warrantied the first one then proceeded to charge me $2400 for the second one. Within 2,000 mi of the second oil leak being fixed my fan shroud mysteriously popped off the front of my motor when I contacted ram they told me it wasn't covered by warranty and it wasn't their fault. I own 7 diesel trucks and I've never had the fan detached from motor. obviously whoever worked on at last didn't do their job. I highly recommend going with a Ford or a Chevy manufacturers who stand behind their product! More

Well I was advised that I had had service plans and extended warranties that I was unaware of. And the finance guy was supposed to call me back on Monday its at the end of the day on Wednesday and I st extended warranties that I was unaware of. Service was done in a timely manor. Tire rotation and balance. Forgot to install 2 valve stem covers. Never offered an inspection of my Truck. I had no plans to say anything, but since you sent me a request to review my experience, here it is: I was very disappointed to have to wait 20 minutes for anyone to help me with the appointment I made request to review my experience, here it is: I was very disappointed to have to wait 20 minutes for anyone to help me with the appointment I made and arrived to on time. I respect your time, but it didn't feel like mine was being respected. I saw numerous employees milling about and the service area was not busy. For much of the wait I was the only one there, so I'm not sure what the delay was. When I was finally helped, the employee apologized but offered no reason why he made me wait this long. He said he had no excuse. My visit was made much nicer though (hence three stars vs. one) when he offered to comp my oil change to make up for how long I had to wait. Once things got moving the oil change was done in a timely manner and I appreciated that your staff had masks on and your waiting area still had social distancing measures in place. Not many people in Florida seem to be taking this pandemic seriously so that was nice to see more masks on staff than I had seen when I was there in September. More
