We got the run around from the financing department from the start. Told them they were approved then said they had a better finance company with lower payments. They signed paperwork both times then when it came down to it they then said my mother in law needed a drivers license in order to be financed through the one bank after signing the paperwork. We sat at dmv for over 5 hours. She don't drive due to medical reasons. It was a complete nightmare and not to mention the car was a 2024 and 3 days later it went into the shop for repairs due to a fuel pump..hmmmm kinda weird if you ask me. More

I had my 30,000 mile maintenance while I was getting my oil change done and I asked for a tire rotation. Well the paperwork stated they did one, used it from my package plan I have. I noticed it yesterday they did not do it, tried to call but got no answer. So if that wasn’t done, and I asked for all wipers to be replaced and they only did 2 out of 3.
