My husband and I were immediately greeted by staff, and only had to wait a few minutes for the salesman we requested to become available (Bud McMillan). He sensed that I was still in pain from the accident so he promptly answered questioned, showed us vehicles, and allowed us to test drive. He was efficient, but did not rush us. We had to wait the longest for the paperwork to process, but were confident that Chris Brown was taking his time to ensure we had the best rates possible and were taken care of adequately. The staff was also thorough in time management in that Kimber from Accressories was able to speak to us while we waited, explaining the accessories they offered in detail and answering our questions. We has no idea that we were interested in adding any additional accessories to our vehicle, until Kimber related our needs to the services they provided. Bud continued to check on us and talk to us throughout this process, never seeming to abandon us for other customers. David was also very knowledgable in helping is complete the financing process, as well as providing a positive experience for us. The entire staff was courteous, making small talk, without being overbearing. All of our questions and concerns were handled appropriately by everyone involved, and many staff members have followed up with us since we made the purchase. We also felt the price of the vehicle was great, as we had researched new and used vehicles online before our visit to the dealership. We feel like we were able to make an informed decision with the help of the staff at Caoe Girardeau Honda, and will be returning for our next vehicle.
