We just bought a brand new 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring Limited and they got the side molding on it for us plus the electric start on it , before we left for our vacation and it is great. My husband and I both have bad backs and this is our 3rd van, this being the nicest Honda one so far, and it was a breeze. I didn't have to take any extra meds it wasn't painful, it was great. We love Honda's This is actually our 5th. My Husband drives a truck , and I have had now 4 different ones. I LOVE this one. Recommend it with 10 stars if I could. Everyone at the Cape Honda is great. The Service Department, Brad, Rob, Rusty and Bill are always available to answer any questions I might have and they will work around my schedule whenever I need to take my car in for scheduled maintenance. Todd Limbaugh, Detail Department Manager, is always very thorough in making sure my car looks its best. The Honda dealership realized the mix up and fixed it along with a full refund. They called her and made her feel 1000% better about the whole situation. Went in with the idea of working out a fair deal on a CRV. I had checked several sources on the value of my trade. Despite high dollar late model used car market that currently exists, they wanted to g CRV. I had checked several sources on the value of my trade. Despite high dollar late model used car market that currently exists, they wanted to give me thousands below even dealer trade value and a hefty down payment to boot along with monstrous payment. I have an excellent credit rating and even used Honda USA financing in the past. It would be hilarious, except I didn't leave laughing. I've seen far better, fairer deals on the cable TV show Pawn Stars, and those people even KNOW they're getting ripped off. ABSURD! More
