My CX5 had an "engine" symbol showing. Brought my car in to Cyrena Moreno. She was very friendly and listened to me. Left my car to be checked out. Later got a video from Hector showing me and explaining wh to Cyrena Moreno. She was very friendly and listened to me. Left my car to be checked out. Later got a video from Hector showing me and explaining why my light was on. He was very thorough and I understood what was going on. Then I got a phone call from Cyrena and Hector discussing what needed to be done to fix my problem. We agreed and Hector did a wonderful job fixing my engine. When I went to pick up my car, again, Cyrena was was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. This level of service is why I continue to come to this dealer for service and new cars. More

Wonderful buying experience here at CapoMazda. Great customer service, Fourouz was friendly,and knowledgeable about the CX-5 and did not pressure me with additional options. As usual, I was able to easily drop my car off, and get a clear understanding of what to expect. I used the waiting room, where everyone was wearing masks and separated, which made me feel comfortable. I was clear understanding of what to expect.
