Best car buying experience yet I decided to work with Whitney Bowens on purchasing a new Miata after reading a number of positive reviews about her. I was also in the process of negotiating with Fontana Mazda, but I was really turned off by their old school car sales tactics. Whitney's salesmanship and professionalism completely blew them away so she ultimately won my business. From our first email exchange, she was honest, transparent, and friendly. That level of service continued throughout the entire buying process. She took amazing care of me--instantly answered my emails, took me on a final test drive, gave me a tour of the dealership, and even personally introduced me to a service member. I really felt like she valued my business. Her love of people + cars really showed! I think she's the first car salesman I've ever hugged (and I'm not a hugger) lol Lastly, the facilities here are brand new and nicer than the other Mazda dealerships I've been to. Seems like a super well-run place with great management! Tom came to check-in before I drove off to make sure everything went well—I really appreciated that. More

But Capo Mazda has a very professional and friendly staff that makes sure you're needs are met, and generous Starbucks coffee bar, with leather seated waiting area and tv. Their timing is prompt and repairs honest and reasonable. My sales rep was there and showed me cars I was curious about, and advice on how to save money when my lease is eligible. I highly recommend Capo Mazda. More

We knew what we wanted; the Capistrano staff made it happen. I wanted a specific color CX-9 and my husband wanted a specific package for me. Capistrano had what we were looking for, so we drove up one Saturday I wanted a specific color CX-9 and my husband wanted a specific package for me. Capistrano had what we were looking for, so we drove up one Saturday afternoon in early December 2019 from east Chula Vista. I took a test drive and we negotiated the terms. My 17 year old daughter was with us and she took in all of the proceedings. Our sales rep., Whitney B., was personable and knowledgeable. Every step of the process she made sure we were clear of the purchasing process and who would speak to us, e.g. financing personnel. The beautiful, new facility provided plenty of private space for business transacting and open areas for enjoying snacks and cold or hot beverages. I was sorely amazed to find Faygo in the refrigerator! Midwesterners know exactly to what I am referring. Before we left, Whitney took time to show me the features of the car. While this was not my first CX-9, it has been 12 years since my last new one. This is the seventh Mazda (MPV, two 3s, CX-9, CX-5 and a 6) in the family over the years, and I am very pleased. More

So I decided to stop by Capo Mazda one I had visited two other Mazda dealers (in San Diego) to look at cars. Told them what I wanted....crickets. So I decided to stop by Capo Mazda one night on the way home to San Diego. I walked in, met Rick, said what I wanted, and boom! Had the car three weeks later. I wasn't in a hurry for the car but I did want what I wanted, One of the other Mazda dealers informed me that they had the model below what I had said I was looking for and would I be interested in it. Rick listened to me and got what I was looking for. Capo Mazda may be 85 miles away but they took care of me. More
