I just had an exceptional sales experience from Otto Cedeno a new Miata today. Polite, professional, and most importantly honest: all adjectives which you’d want to describe your auto sales person. Called them up, Otto told me he would send me a quote after he advocated on my behalf to the sales manager. Very fair pricing considering the car shortage we are now experiencing. Otto is a great guy that follows through on his promises. He knows the importance of building relationships, naturally he is from outside the car industry, ha ha. Great guy at a great dealer. The guys at the top set the tone and values for the dealership, again, exceptional. More

As a first time Mazda CX 5 car buyer, we had a great experience with Rick. He made the entire process seamless and was very pleasant to talk to.
