But the 4.9 (out of 5) rating for Capo Mazda greatly im I just bought my fifth new Mazda, and wanted to get CarPlay installed. I live in San Diego. But the 4.9 (out of 5) rating for Capo Mazda greatly impressed me. The drive to San Juan Capistrano was quick, easy, and scenic. I was the only car there at 7:30 when they opened. The dealership is just a block off the freeway, and looks like it’s fairly new. Most of my career was in automotive sales and service, so I look for ‘telltale’ signs about how a store is being run. Capo Mazda was impeccably clean and well-organized, including the service bays and back lot. There is generous space for good work flow; nothing feels hectic. I chatted with many employees, including service advisors, mechanics, a porter, and sales consultants. Everyone was genuinely effusive in his/her praise of the Capo Mazda work environment, mentioning things like the dealership’s high level of integrity, dedication to quality, and relaxed managerial team. The wholesome environment at Capo Mazda was extraordinarily noteworthy. In short, my first experience at Capo Mazda has assured my future business. When they finished my service work 30 minutes ahead of schedule, I jokingly asked if I could stay longer and just hang out. Even if Capo Mazda may not be your closest dealer, you won’t regret driving just a little farther for the exceptional quality of the experience. More

Fabulous--Who ever hires the staff, give them a raise I have leased many different cars and have gone back to Capo because of service and personal care from the staff and management. When you have leased as many cars as I have, the most important thing is not the CAR (really) as a car takes you from locating A to B. ,But if you don't love the dealership, you change dealerships. Great Service Took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. While I had it in, I wanted a diagnosis for a rubbing sound I was hearing from the driver's side of Took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. While I had it in, I wanted a diagnosis for a rubbing sound I was hearing from the driver's side of the front of the car when turning the steering wheel. They took the time to diagnose the sound, fixed the strut bearing under CPO warranty, and even performed a TSB that I didn't even know about. While this took multiple days, I had the use of a very nice Mazda 3 as a loaner. More
