The appointment was not successful because Brad didn’t make the time to do the things that I asked for. He made the appointment at 8am and then said they didn’t have time to get to the car that day so th make the time to do the things that I asked for. Dealership tried to sell me coolant flush/replace, new spark plugs even though both had been completed by your dealership less than 15k miles ago.
