Absolutely Amazing Service! Got into my dream car since I was 16 today thank you to Rene Alberti!! He did everything he could to make sure I walked out with the car I wanted. We had such an amazing experience thank you to the guys here. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and very quick to help with any needs. Rene made the whole car process very easy and was able to come up with quick solutions. He went over every detail of the car, all the safety and fun tech things that come with the car. Rene made sure that I was comfortable with the car before leaving, and even called me later that evening to make sure he didnt forget anything and if I had any questions. I was SO happy with everything at Capo VW. The manager was very nice as well as Chris, our finance guy! Cant wait to come back to get my new car serviced! More

Fast and simple I just bought a Golf sport wagon SEL. Rene was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and the different models. I had to work very early the nex I just bought a Golf sport wagon SEL. Rene was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and the different models. I had to work very early the next day and Rene and Nick had me out of there in great time. I think that was the fastest turn around I've ever had. Always had a good experience here I have had my 2012 Passat TDI serviced here for a couple of years and have always had a very positive experience. The service writers know the cars an I have had my 2012 Passat TDI serviced here for a couple of years and have always had a very positive experience. The service writers know the cars and do a good job at explaining things. I recently bought a 2017 Golf GTI from Capo VW and Renee in their sales department was super helpful and he knows the cars very very well. The buying experience was completely pressure-free and quick and smooth, despite them having to get my car from another dealer. I would definitely buy from Capo VW again. More

I have been driving my car for a couple of months now and am in love with the car more each day. The service at the dealership is the best I've encountered ever and I thought I had great service in the past. Capistrano Volkswagen has really invested in making their dealership more of a "boutique" dealership making every customer feel like they are first priority.
