Really great service, always. The service dept. at CapoVW has always been very customer focused, abd very accomodating. When- ever I have a problem which is hardly ever they do whatever they have to do to help me out. My number 1 service person is Fred Evans, he is very knowledgeable about my car. So when I call he knows just what to do for me.. The other thing I really like about CapoVW is the service dept. techs themselves. They know everything and even show me videos of the work they do. I don't know of any othe dealers that do this. I live in Riverside and even though Riverside VW is just 2 miles from my house I still drive the 40 miles to CapoVW. Thanks for a great job all around.
