Pretty darn good this time It’s was good experience with Fred this time. I have been there for all my service visits this by far was the best. I think the dealership should really take a look at there service department. Like I said I have been there since I bought my car every service has been done at Capistrano VW I’m at 52,000 mi. They do not seem happy at all. Actually everyone seems extremely unhappy . If it was just one person ok but all service agents. You probably should take a look at your employee model. There good people take care of them. Remember your only has good has the people who work for you! More

Everyone was so pushy but when I responded to set up my appointment with Mike he understood that I was traveling for work and had to coordinate several things before I could meet. Jorge Babiczuk is the best mechanic around. Honest and helpful in explaining what is going on with our car. The video he sends during his review of our car is extremely helpful.
