We received excellent customer service when recently buying our VW ID.4. There was a minor mistake on the sales agreement that I didn’t notice until after we drove it home. Will never have my car serviced here again! Had a 7:30 am appointment and dropped and checked my vehicle in the night before. Services…oil change and tire rotation. Requested to pick up vehicle at 9:00 am. which the was noted at check in. Received call at 8:55 am saying they haven’t started the service yet…no attendants available. Once service started, received video stating I need front end alignment…this service was performed at my last service oil change! Note I live in Yorba Linda and made effort to have my vehicle serviced here. Bought the vehicle here which was a great experience! More
