30,000 mile tune up and tires I was able to get my car in for full servicing on short notice (within an hour) had all the work done including a car wash and within the estimate. So easy to get the car I wanted!! The team here is unlike any other. I went to a couple dealerships before this one and the sales people were very pushy and made me feel uncomfortable The team here is unlike any other. I went to a couple dealerships before this one and the sales people were very pushy and made me feel uncomfortable as a first time buyer. The guys at Capo VW made the process so easy and didn't push at all. Richard was amazing and helped so much to make the process go smoothly and get me into the exact car I wanted. Paul made it so that I wasn't at the dealership for hours signing paperwork and answered all of my questions. Nick the sales manager made sure to make me feel welcome when I arrived and that was much appreciated. I am in love with my new car and will definitely purchase from Capo VW again. Thank you so much! Great time I decided to just hang out and wait for my car to have its 20,000 mile service and oil change. I planned my time so I could watch The Price is Right w I decided to just hang out and wait for my car to have its 20,000 mile service and oil change. I planned my time so I could watch The Price is Right while waiting. Made myself some coffee. And by the time the show was done, my car was ready! Arlene (??) was fabulous and friendly. I enjoyed the little TV area, and thought it had a nice amount of privacy. Couch wasn’t that comfortable but wasn’t terrible. And I enjoyed the creativity of the street sign table. More

Always Helpful I bought my first brand new car through this dealership and they had the best price I found for the particular vehicle I was looking to buy. I have I bought my first brand new car through this dealership and they had the best price I found for the particular vehicle I was looking to buy. I have had a few kinks to work out with this vehicle over the time that I have put 40,000 miles on it. There is a VW dealer and service center within 2 miles of our house but my husband and I prefer Capo VW and are willing to drive 31 miles for their superior service! They have found and fixed every problem and have always rented us a comparable vehicle. More
