Paul in fiance was great to talk to and didn't BS, just directed us to what was important. No one likes to be stuck in a dealership all day, at least I don't, so I did appreciate getting in and out. The only thing I would complain about would be attention to detail, in the detail department. The car was delivered to us awhile clean, there were many areas where bugs, etc were left on the car and some smudges on the interior. Overall, would recommend. More

30,000 mile tune up and tires I was able to get my car in for full servicing on short notice (within an hour) had all the work done including a car wash and within the estimate. So easy to get the car I wanted!! The team here is unlike any other. I went to a couple dealerships before this one and the sales people were very pushy and made me feel uncomfortable The team here is unlike any other. I went to a couple dealerships before this one and the sales people were very pushy and made me feel uncomfortable as a first time buyer. The guys at Capo VW made the process so easy and didn't push at all. Richard was amazing and helped so much to make the process go smoothly and get me into the exact car I wanted. Paul made it so that I wasn't at the dealership for hours signing paperwork and answered all of my questions. Nick the sales manager made sure to make me feel welcome when I arrived and that was much appreciated. I am in love with my new car and will definitely purchase from Capo VW again. Thank you so much!
