I have been in for service multiple times and have never had a bad experience at this dealership. I have had the pleasure of working with all of the service advisers at Capo VW, and have had an excellent service experience every time. The most recent visit was to get an axle boot, and a headlight replaced. One of the VW master service technician's Scott C was the one to service my car and did an outstanding job. This dealerships service department goes above and beyond by sending you a video detailing the problem with your car, and how it can be fixed. This program is outstanding and should be industry standard. I would not take my car anywhere else, this dealerships service department is the best I have ever seen. More
